The subscriber named herein is applying for accelerated dial up service from Enter.Net Inc., and is responsible for all costs incurred in establishing a connection through Enter.Net Inc., including any additional telephone charges, costs of data equipment, etc. 
Enter.Net's only obligation is to provide the subscriber with a usable proxy accelerated connection to be used in conjunction with subscriber's separate dial up account to the Internet, and is not responsible for subscriber's inability to establish a connection.
*7 day Risk Free trial starts immediately, not from first usage, for 7 consecutive days, and applies to first time accelerated service subscribers only. 
Subscriber may cancel this "accelerated dial up service" at any time during the trial period and be entitled to a refund or credit of any monies paid in advance but will be required to pay for service if the service is used anytime after the 7 day trial, or 
if notice of intent to cancel is not given to Enter.Net before the 8th day after initial use. 
NO REFUNDS after the 7 day Risk Free trial. 
WE DO NOT PRO-RATE SERVICE.
After trial, if notice of cancellation is not given prior to due date, Enter.Net reserves the right to charge any credit/debit card on file. 
*This access is for a single, interactive, non-dedicated, non-server connection. 
This agreement is for the "accelerated" service only and has no bearing on subscriber's regular dialup account. 
This form need not be signed for subscriber to be bound by the foregoing terms and conditions.

Accelerator Installation Instructions
After you click the above link you will be prompted with the box below. Click 'Open' to begin your installation. Note: It may take 4 to 6 minutes to download depending on your connection speed.

When the download completes you will see the Accelerator Setup Wizard. Click 'Next' to continue with the installation.

You will then be presented with the following agreement. Please read then click 'Accept'.

Please use the default settings for the Installation Options. Click 'Next' to use these settings.

You may be prompted with the window below. If so, be sure you click 'Yes'.

Finally, click 'Start Using Propel Accelerator'.

Your browser will open and you will see a box labeled 'Propel Accelerator Login' appear in the lower righthand corner of your screen. Enter your Username and Password in this box and make certain there is a check-mark in the box labeled 'Save Password'. Note: If your dial-up account is through an ISP other than Enter.Net, please enter your username as username@accel in the Accelerator Login box.
