Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I am going to be in another state for six months, should I use Enter.Net's National Traveling Access?
A. Enter.Net's National Traveling Access is intended to be used when you may be traveling for short periods of time. Two examples would be one week in the summer, or one weekend per month. If you are planning to be out of the area for an extended period of time, like a number of months, we recommend switching your account to Enter.Net's Extended Calling Area Plan. For more information on this service, please contact Enter.Net's sales department by phone at 610-437-2221, extension 4.

Q. If I sign up for Enter.Net's National Traveling Access, am I billed for months when I don't travel?
A. No. You will only be billed the monthly fee for any calendar month in which you actually use Enter.Net's National Traveling service.

Q. What happens if I am using the $9.95 for 15 hours plan and I go over 15 hours in a month?
A. If you use the National Traveling service for less then 15 hours in one month, you will be charged $9.95 for up to 15 hours. If you exceed 15 hours in any one month, you will be charged $12.95 for unlimited access. You don't have to worry about calling us and telling us which plan you will need for any given month - you are free to use the service as much as you need it and only pay for the appropriate plan.
