Config PPP Settings





  1. Click the Apple.


  2. Go to Control Panels.


  3. Click Config PPP.




  4. Your settings should match the screen above.


  5. Click Config.




  6. In the PPP Server Name field, it should say Enter.Net


  7. Port Speed should be set to 57600.


    8. (If you are using a slower modem, please set this to the appropriate speed.)

  8. Flow Control: should be set to CTS & RTS (DTR).


  9. The appropriate dial selection should be selected.


  10. The Phone num field should contain the local access number.


    11. (List of Local Access Numbers.)

  11. The Modem init field should contain the appropriate modem init string for your modem.


  12. Click Connect Script.




  13. Your Connect script should look the same as the above picture.


    14. (Be sure to replace username and password with your username and password.)

  14. Click OK.


  15. Click Done.


  16. Close Config PPP saving any changes.
